Sylvia and I took a few more photos and scouted some morning and afternoon painting sites and then settled on two lovely doors to paint.

Students arrived exhausted but happy to be in Cortona, and even happier to take a shower and a quick nap. In the evening wine and chocolate was served at a charming place on the main street then a fabulous dinner at an outdoor cafe overlooking the main square and town hall steps where all the Italians and tourists stroll and sit and eat long into the night..
